Attending the Lyons Certification Program was an important part in enabling me to run a successful horsemanship business in the competitive Florida market. My experience in Colorado served to supplement my other skills and experiences which has opened a number of doors for me. I have been featured on the Wide World of Horses television program on RFD-TV and have written, or been featured in, articles in Horse & Rider and Perfect Horse magazine.

In 2007 I was selected as 1 of 100 trainers across the nation for the first Extreme Mustang Makeover. This competition was sponsored by Western Horseman magazine with the final event being held in Ft Worth, Texas. My affiliation with John and Josh was certainly a help in getting accepted for the competition. The training I received from the program enabled me to confidently and effectively gentle my Mustang, Cool Hand Luke, who came straight off of the Nevada range.

Since graduating from the Certification Program I have had an opportunity to network with other nationally known clinicians and ride with well respected World Champion show professionals and Josh still stands out to me as the most talented horseman I have ever seen.
